About Us
Kem Healthcare And Consulting supports people in their own homes in Chatham and across Medway. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental ill health and younger adults.
Home care should fit into a life that already exists rather than rearrange it. We begin by asking how the day usually runs, what has become difficult and what somebody can still do perfectly well and would rather keep doing. Plans written that way tend to stick, and they make the support feel like help rather than intrusion.
