About Us
We provide care at home across Spalding and the wider east of Lincolnshire, supporting adults of all ages with a broad range of needs, including people living with dementia, people with a learning disability and autistic adults, adults with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, and people in recovery from alcohol or drug misuse.
We want to be honest about our current position. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Requires Improvement. We would rather families read that here than come across it somewhere else and wonder why we had not mentioned it. We know what was found, we are working through it, and we will discuss the detail with anyone who asks.
What we are working towards is the ordinary foundation of decent home care. Visits that happen when they were agreed. The same care workers going to the same households so people are genuinely known. Medication handled correctly. Records accurate enough that the next visit starts from the truth. Concerns raised early rather than left to grow.
Across a rural area like this one, that also means building rounds with realistic travelling time, because schedules that only work in ideal conditions are how visits slip.
If you are considering care at home here, ask us difficult questions. We would rather have that conversation than avoid it.
