About Us

Fosse Healthcare in Lincoln is a home care agency supporting adults in their own homes across the city and the surrounding area.

The people we work with are a wide mix: older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people with a physical disability or a sensory impairment, people managing a mental health condition and people affected by alcohol or drug misuse.

Because that range is so broad, we match care workers to people deliberately rather than filling slots on a rota, and we train for the situations they will actually meet. Half an hour of personal care in the morning and a visit that is mostly about structure and a reliable presence through a hard week are not the same job.
