About Us

Divine Healthcare provides care at home to people in Lewisham, at whatever hours the person needs us. We support older people and people living with dementia, people with mental health needs, people with physical disabilities and with visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help to live independently. Our visits are built around the person's own day rather than around a fixed package. For some people that is a call first thing to help with washing, dressing and medication. For others it is support at several points through the day and evening, with meals, mobility, the laundry and the house, or help to get out to appointments, the shops and the people who matter. For households where somebody needs support at night as well, we plan for that properly rather than leaving families to manage the gaps. We come out before anything begins, agree the plan with the person and whoever they want involved, write it in plain words and review it as needs change. Keeping the same carers going into the same homes is something we work at, because familiarity is how changes get noticed early rather than late.
