About Us

Carelink Healthcare Professionals supports people in their own homes across Leicester and the surrounding parts of Leicestershire. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or a mental health condition, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment and people managing an eating disorder.

That breadth means we cannot work from a single template. We sit down at the start, work out what would genuinely make a difference to the person in front of us, and build the support around that rather than around what is easiest to staff.

Care that comes into a home also has to fit the household. Leicester holds many communities, and language, food, faith and the question of who a family is comfortable letting in all matter a great deal. We would far rather be told than guess.

Visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, help around the house, and support to get out to appointments or into the city. Continuity is the part we guard most closely.
