About Seeds Healthcare
Seeds Healthcare provides care and support in people's own homes across Leeds. Our purpose is to make home a place where somebody can be properly cared for, so that moving elsewhere remains a choice rather than something forced by circumstance. We support older adults with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out safely, adjusting how long and how often we come as needs change. We support people living with dementia, where the most useful thing we bring is a familiar person who is not hurrying and who knows how this individual likes things done. We work with people living with mental health conditions, where a steady relationship and staff who notice early changes matter most, and with people who have physical disabilities, helping with washing, dressing and mobility while leaving the person directing things. We support people with a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we announce ourselves, speak and explain, and younger adults, whose care is planned around work, study, family and independence. We keep the team around each person as small and consistent as we can manage, because trust is built through familiarity and not through paperwork. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. Please contact us and ask us anything before making a decision.
