About Us

Vigilant Health Care provides support in people's own homes in Chessington and across Kingston upon Thames. Our work is to give people enough help to carry on living in their own houses, delivered by carers they know and at the times they have agreed.

We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine count for a great deal. We support people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability, including safe help with moving and transfers, people whose sight or hearing is impaired and younger adults needing support to live independently.

We keep teams small around each person on purpose. It spares people from constantly meeting strangers, and it means our carers know somebody well enough to spot when they are not themselves and raise it early.

Everything starts with a home visit and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. The plan is agreed with the person and reviewed as circumstances change.
