About Us

We are Vybrant Care East Riding, and we support adults in their own homes across Hull and the surrounding East Riding. Our work is domiciliary care: we come to you, at times that suit your day, and we do what is needed so that living at home remains realistic. We support older people with personal care, medication, meals and the practical business of keeping a household going. We support adults living with dementia, and here we put a great deal of weight on continuity, because a familiar voice at the door is worth more than any amount of paperwork. We also work with people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities, people with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults who want support that helps them do more for themselves over time. Every package starts with a conversation in the person's own home, because that is where you see what actually matters. We agree the calls, the tasks and the things that must never be forgotten, and we put it in writing. If circumstances change, we change the plan. Our care workers are properly checked before they start, trained for the tasks they carry out, and supervised. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
