About Us

We provide care at home across Hull and the surrounding part of East Yorkshire, supporting people who want to stay living in their own houses. Care at home only works when it fits the person, so we start with how somebody actually lives rather than with a list of what we happen to offer.

We support older people, including those living with dementia, where the same carers arriving at familiar times does more good than anything else we can arrange. We also support people living with mental health needs, where turning up reliably and being unhurried matters more than anything technical, people with a physical disability, helping with mobility, personal care and the tasks that have become awkward, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need support at home.

Continuity has a practical value as well as a personal one. A carer who knows somebody well notices when something has changed, and raising it early often heads off a much bigger problem.
