About Us

We are Home Instead Senior Care in Hounslow, providing care and support to people in their own homes across west London. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, those with visual or hearing impairments and younger adults.

Our approach rests on relationships rather than tasks. We match our carers to the people they support with real thought, and we protect that pairing, because home care only works when the person arriving already knows how someone takes their tea, where things are kept and what kind of morning they are having. Visits are planned around a person's own routine rather than around ours.

Our support covers personal care, medication, meals, mobility, help getting up and settling at night, companionship and getting out into the community. For people living with dementia we follow the routines that already work instead of imposing new ones, and we take the time to understand a person's history properly.
