The work itself covers washing and dressing, medication prompted or given safely, meals people actually want, shopping, laundry and housework, help to get out to appointments or to see people, and genuine company. For younger adults it often means support to get to work or college. For those living with dementia it means the same carers and the same routine. We keep rounds tight across the borough so calls arrive when they should, train carers before they work alone and supervise them in people's homes afterwards. We are a newer team and have not yet had a full inspection of our own. Please ask us hard questions before you decide.
