We keep care teams small so the same faces turn up, because being greeted by somebody you know changes the character of the whole visit. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We treat it as the standard we are expected to hold rather than something to advertise, and we keep asking the people we visit and their families whether we are doing what we promised.
