About Us
We are Shining Star Home Care, a home care agency supporting adults in Malvern and the surrounding area. We visit people in their own homes, helping with the things that have become difficult while leaving alone the things they manage perfectly well.
We support older people, people living with dementia, and younger adults who need help at home. In practice that means personal care, support with medication, meals, housework and shopping, help getting out to appointments, and the company that often matters just as much as the tasks themselves.

We have looked carefully at what the inspection found, changed the way we plan visits, record care and supervise our staff, and we are open with the people we support about how that work is going.
