About Us

We are Eveshel Care, a home care agency supporting adults in their own homes in Romford and across the London borough of Havering. We work with older people and with younger adults, including people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities or with sight or hearing loss, and people dealing with problems related to alcohol or drugs.

That is a wide range of people, and it has taught us to begin with the individual rather than the category. Every arrangement starts with a proper conversation about the person's circumstances, what they still manage themselves, what would genuinely help and what should happen on a difficult day. What we agree is written in plain language and reviewed when things change.
