We are a home care agency based in Pinner, supporting people in their own homes across Harrow and the surrounding area. Our view is a simple one. Most people would rather stay where they feel most settled, among their own belongings and routines, and our job is to make that possible for as long as it suits them. The support we provide is shaped around the person rather than a fixed timetable. For some that means a short morning visit to help with washing, dressing and medication. For others it means companionship, help with shopping and appointments, or several calls a day where needs are more involved. We support older people and younger adults, and we work with people living with dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and autism, as well as those with visual or hearing impairments. We know that letting someone into your home is a significant step, so we try to send the same familiar faces wherever we can, and we keep families informed about how things are going. Our carers are trained for the needs they are asked to meet, and they have senior colleagues they can reach when something does not look right. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. We treat that as encouragement rather than a finishing line.
