About Us
We provide care in people's own homes across Haringey and the surrounding parts of north London. Our work is to give people enough help to carry on living in their own houses, delivered by carers they know.
We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine count for a great deal. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people with a physical disability, including safe help with moving and transfers, people whose sight or hearing is impaired and younger adults needing support to live independently.
We want to be plain about where we stand. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We are working through what was identified, with attention to staff supervision, record keeping and making sure visits are delivered as planned and at the agreed times. We would rather tell you that ourselves and answer your questions than have you find it elsewhere.
