About Us

We provide care at home in Waterlooville and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. Those we support include older adults, people living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, younger adults, people living with eating disorders, and people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug use.

That breadth means we are careful about who we send as much as about how they are trained. Skill matters and so does manner. A carer can complete every task on a plan and still leave somebody feeling managed rather than helped, and that difference is the job rather than a detail. Somebody who has struggled with an eating disorder does not need a carer with views about food.

Reliability is the other half of it. We keep our rounds realistic, we decline patterns of care we cannot properly staff, and we give notice when something has to change.
