About Us

Wessex Regional Care provides support at home to people living in Southampton and across Hampshire. We help people stay in their own surroundings, close to the neighbours, routines and belongings that make a place feel like theirs.

We support older people who need a hand with daily life, and we work closely with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, including younger adults building independence for the first time. Support might be personal care, help with medication, cooking, shopping and appointments, or it might be about the things that fill a week well, getting to a class, seeing friends, keeping up a hobby, managing a household.

We plan care with the person and with the people who know them best. That means agreeing what good support actually looks like for them, then keeping to it, and being straightforward when something needs adjusting.
