About Us

Flow Healthcare Winchester provides care at home for people across Havant and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. Our purpose is to make staying at home a realistic option, with support fitted quietly around an existing life.

We visit older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals, mobility or the everyday jobs that become difficult before anything else does. We support people living with dementia in the place where familiar routines already carry so much weight. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people living with a physical disability, and younger adults who want support arranged around their own plans rather than support that takes over.
