About Us
We are Renee Healthcare, and we support adults in their own homes in Gosport and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. We work with a broader range of people than many agencies, which is deliberate, because needs seldom arrive in one tidy category. We help older people with personal care, medication, meals and shopping, and we support adults living with dementia, where familiarity and a steady routine do most of the work. We support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. We also support adults recovering from eating disorders and people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug use, working alongside the clinical teams involved and without judgement, and younger adults building the confidence to run their own household. Each package starts with a visit at home and a plan written with the person, and where risk is part of the picture we discuss it openly and look for ways to support somebody safely rather than simply refusing.
