About Us
At Honeywell Health Care, we provide home care support to people living in Fleet and the surrounding areas of Hampshire. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, mental health conditions, or physical disabilities — helping them to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own home for as long as that is their wish.
We know that inviting someone into your home to provide personal support is a significant decision. It requires trust, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our aim is to match the right carer to each person we support, taking time to understand individual routines, preferences, and what matters most to them day to day. Good care, in our view, is not just about completing tasks — it is about genuine human connection and treating each person with real dignity and respect.
Our team supports people with a wide range of needs, from companionship and help around the home through to more complex personal care. We work closely with families and other professionals involved in a person's care, keeping communication open and honest so that everyone feels informed and involved.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, which means our practice is subject to independent oversight and we are accountable for the standards we maintain. We welcome that scrutiny because it keeps us focused on what we are here to do.
If you are thinking about home care for yourself or someone you love, we are very happy to have a straightforward conversation about what support might look like and whether we could be the right fit. There is no pressure and no commitment required at that stage — just an honest discussion to help you make the best decision for your situation. Please do get in touch with us here in Fleet and we will do our best to help.

More about the care at Honeywell Health Care Ltd
What each type of care involves, and the questions worth asking when you call or visit.
Older Person Care
Help at the right moment is what keeps an older person independent, whether that is a steadying hand in the bathroom or a reminder that the tablets are due. Meals and a few minutes of company usually form part of the same visit. Honeywell Health Care is registered for older person care locally. Ask how long each call lasts, how many carers would attend across a week, and how the agency manages absence or delay. Establish whether visits are available in the evening, at weekends and overnight before agreeing anything. Rates across the South East are generally quoted between £29 and £35 an hour, and Hampshire can assess anyone who may be eligible for funding.
Dementia
Dementia care at home works best when as little as possible changes from one day to the next. The same carers, the same times and the same order of tasks reduce confusion more effectively than any amount of explanation. Honeywell Health Care is registered for dementia care as well as general home support. Ask what dementia training the carers have, how they respond when someone is distressed or declines help, and what the plan would be if a client began leaving the house alone. Check how often the arrangement is reviewed and how families are kept informed as things change.
Mental Health
Reliability is the quiet ingredient in mental health support, because a visit that happens when promised steadies the whole week. Mental health is one of the categories Honeywell Health Care is registered for. Ask what experience the carers have of relevant conditions, how they would spot someone becoming unwell, and which services they would contact in a crisis.
Physical Disability
The width of a doorway and the presence of a hoist can matter more than any care plan for someone whose movement is restricted. Honeywell Health Care is registered to support people with a physical disability. Ask how carers are trained on the equipment in use, whether double handed visits are possible, and how the plan protects what a person can still manage.
Younger Adults
A care package designed around pensioners seldom suits someone of forty with a job and a family. Adults under 65 are among the groups Honeywell Health Care is registered to support. Ask how flexible visit times can be, whether carers are matched for age and interests, and what goals besides personal care are written into the plan.
