About Us
At Swanton Community, we provide home care to people living across Eastleigh and the wider Hampshire area. Our work is rooted in the belief that people deserve to be supported in the comfort of their own homes, in ways that reflect who they are and what matters to them.
We support a broad range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also work with people managing eating disorders and alcohol or drug misuse. This breadth of experience means we are well placed to respond to complex and varied needs, and we take the time to understand each person properly before care begins.
Our approach is straightforward. We listen, we plan carefully, and we keep the person receiving care at the centre of every decision. We recognise that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and we do not take that lightly. Our team works to build genuine, consistent relationships with the people we support and their families.
We are pleased to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the standard of care our team works hard to maintain every day. It is not something we consider a final destination but rather a marker that we are on the right track and always looking at where we can improve.
If you are considering care for yourself or a loved one, we are happy to have an honest conversation about whether we are the right fit. There is no pressure and no obligation. We simply want to help people find the support that works for them.
You are welcome to get in touch with us directly to learn more about what we can offer.
