About Us

We provide care at home to people living in Chiswick, Hammersmith, Kensington and the surrounding parts of London. Our carers visit people in their own homes, at times that suit them, so that people can carry on living where they want to live, on their own terms.

Our support ranges from short daily calls through to substantial packages of care. It might involve help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, household tasks, getting out and about, or simply having somebody reliable and good company in the house for part of the day. We support older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with a visual or hearing impairment.
