About Us

We are a home care team based at Mary Seacole House in Hammersmith and Fulham, supporting people in their own homes across the borough. Those we visit include older adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults. We also support people living with eating disorders.

Care at home works when the detail is right. Which arm goes into the sleeve first. Whether the tea comes before or after the tablets. Whether somebody wants conversation first thing or would rather not be spoken to until they have properly woken up. We write these things down, pass them between carers, and follow them, because getting them wrong quietly undermines everything else however well the tasks were done.
