About Us
We are a home care team based at Redan House in Hammersmith and Fulham, supporting people in their own homes across the borough. Those we visit include older adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, younger adults, and people living with eating disorders.
Our work covers personal care, medication, meals, shopping and keeping a household running, together with the company a regular visit brings. We aim it at what has genuinely become difficult rather than taking over what somebody can still manage themselves.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather put that here than have a family find it elsewhere and wonder why we said nothing about it. We accept what was identified and we are working through it. We are not going to claim in a paragraph that everything is resolved, because that would not be honest.
What we would ask is that anybody considering us asks us directly and presses for specifics: what was found, what has changed, and what is still in hand. We would also encourage people to speak to those we already visit.
