Chosen Care Group supports adults in their own homes across Hackney and the neighbouring parts of London.
Our visits cover personal care, medication, meals, laundry and shopping, and support to get out to appointments, to work or simply into the day. How often we come and how long we stay should reflect what someone actually needs rather than what is convenient to schedule.
