About Us
We are Keyznow Health and Social Care, and we support adults in their own homes in Greenwich and the surrounding parts of south east London. We work with a broad range of people, because needs rarely arrive in a single tidy category. We help older people with personal care, medication, meals and shopping, and we support adults living with dementia, where familiarity and a steady routine do most of the work. We support people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. We also support adults recovering from eating disorders and people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug use, working alongside the clinical teams involved, and younger adults building the confidence to run their own household. We should be straightforward about our standing. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We know what the inspectors raised, we are working through it, and we will discuss any part of it openly with anybody considering our support or already receiving it.
