About Us
St Vieve Healthcare is a home care agency based in Enfield, supporting people in their own homes across this part of London. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia, with people who have physical disabilities and with people who have sight or hearing loss.
What we do is set by the person rather than by a standard package. A visit may be a short morning call to help someone wash, dress and start the day safely. It may involve support with medication, preparing meals, help with mobility and moving about the home, or light household tasks. It may be company and support to get out to appointments and to see people. Where needs are higher we visit several times a day.
We assess with the person and anyone they want involved, agree what is needed, write it down plainly and review it as circumstances change. Keeping the same carers with the same clients is a priority, particularly for people living with dementia, for whom a recognised face is worth more than any amount of explaining. Our carers are trained for the needs of the clients they visit.
