About Us

At Kati Innes Occupational Therapy, we provide home care support to younger adults, including those living with learning disabilities or autism, across Uckfield and the surrounding areas of East Sussex.

We believe that where someone lives should feel genuinely like their own space, and that the support they receive at home should reflect who they are as a person, not simply what they need. Our approach is rooted in occupational therapy principles, which means we think carefully about how daily activities, routines and environments affect the people we support. We want the individuals in our care to feel capable, comfortable and as independent as possible in their own homes.

Supporting younger adults with learning disabilities and autism requires real understanding and consistency. We take time to get to know each person properly, learning how they communicate, what matters to them and what their days look like. That relationship, built on trust and genuine familiarity, is at the heart of what we do.
