Visiting Angels Southwest Kent and East Sussex provides care and support in people's own homes across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding parts of Kent and East Sussex.
We visit older people and younger adults. Support may cover personal care, help with medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and for many people it also means reliable company and someone who notices how they are doing. Packages range from one call a day to several visits, or longer periods of support where needs are more complex.
We work with people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions and people with physical disabilities. Each of those changes how we plan a visit and how we communicate, and we learn what suits the individual rather than applying a standard approach.
Care begins with an assessment at home and a proper conversation about what would genuinely help. The plan belongs to the person, family are involved when the person wants them involved, and we revise it as circumstances change.
Continuity is something we build into the rota rather than leave to chance. Familiar carers spot small changes early, and nobody should have to explain their own routine week after week.
