About Us
Here at Onpoint Homecare, we provide care and support to people in their own homes across St Leonards on Sea and the surrounding areas of East Sussex. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, helping them to maintain their independence and feel comfortable in familiar surroundings.
We know that inviting a care team into your home is a big decision, and we do not take that trust lightly. From the very first conversation, we take the time to understand what matters to each person, not just their care needs but their routines, preferences, and the small everyday things that make a difference to how someone feels. Care plans are built around the individual, and we keep them flexible because people's needs change over time.
Our team is carefully selected and well supported.
