About Us
We are Everycare Hastings, a home care agency supporting people across St Leonards on Sea and the wider East Sussex coast. Our work happens in the places people know best, in their own front rooms, kitchens and gardens, and we think that matters. Staying at home should not mean managing alone, and it should not mean giving up the routines that make a day feel like your own.
We support older people who need a hand with washing, dressing, medication or meals, and we visit as often as the situation asks for, whether that is a short morning call or several visits through the day. We also work with adults living with dementia, where familiar surroundings and a familiar face at the door can settle a difficult morning, and we support younger adults and people with a learning disability or autism who want to live independently with the right backing behind them.
Every package of care we arrange starts with a conversation. We ask what a good day looks like, what someone would rather do for themselves, and where family already fills the gaps. From there we build something practical, and we review it honestly as needs change.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We are pleased with that, and we treat it as a standard to keep meeting rather than a finished piece of work.
