About Us

Angel Approved Care at Home supports people in their own homes in Seaford and across this part of East Sussex. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people with a physical disability and younger adults.

Almost everyone who contacts us wants to carry on living where they are, and our job is to make that practical rather than to take anything over. Depending on what is needed, that might be one call each morning to help somebody wash, dress and get the day going, several visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals and company, or support that is less about physical tasks and more about keeping an ordinary week on track.

We start by asking what help is actually wanted. People are usually very clear about what they can still manage and would rather keep doing for themselves, and getting that right from the beginning is what stops support feeling like interference. Plans follow that conversation rather than a standard form, and we review them properly when circumstances change.

Sending familiar carers is something we plan for deliberately. For people living with dementia and for autistic adults in particular, a known face and a predictable visit make a far greater difference than anything else we could arrange.

We keep families informed where the person wants it, and we raise concerns early.
