About Us
We are One to One Plus South, a home care agency based in Peacehaven and supporting people in their own homes across this part of East Sussex. Our name describes how we work. Support is arranged between one person and the people who know them well, rather than delivered by whoever happens to be free.
We work with older people who want to carry on living at home, and with younger adults, including people who have a learning disability and autistic people. What we do depends entirely on the person. It may be help to wash, dress and get the day started. It may be support with medication, meals or getting out to the shops and to appointments. It may be support to hold down a job, a college course or a regular activity.
We agree the plan with the person before anything begins, we write it down plainly, and we revisit it when life changes rather than leaving it to drift. Keeping a small and familiar team around each client is a priority for us, because trust and routine are what make support at home work.
