About Us
We provide care at home in Heathfield and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, supporting older adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss and younger adults.
Working across a rural area means being honest about distance. A round that looks efficient on paper falls apart on a wet morning on country lanes, and it is the person waiting to be helped out of bed who pays for that. So we build schedules that survive an ordinary bad day and we would rather take on less than let somebody down.
Isolation is a real part of what we deal with here. For several of the people we visit we are the only caller that day, so we plan enough time for the conversation rather than treating it as optional.
