About Us
Grace Care 24/7 is a home care agency in Eastbourne, supporting people in their own homes across the town and the surrounding area.
We visit older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people with a physical disability or a sensory impairment and people managing a mental health condition. Calls range from a single short visit each morning through to several a day, covering personal care, medication, meals, help to move about the home safely, shopping, appointments and company.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating. We would rather say so plainly and ask families to judge us on the practical measures: whether we arrive when we said, whether the same care workers keep coming back, and whether somebody who knows the situation answers the phone when something goes wrong.

We fill in the gaps rather than reorganise a life that mostly works.
