About Us

At Pride Community Healthcare, we provide home care support to people living in Bexhill on Sea and the surrounding areas of East Sussex. Our work centres on helping individuals remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, with the right level of support to live as independently as possible.

We work with older people, younger adults, and those living with dementia or a physical disability. Every person who comes to us has different needs, different routines, and different expectations of what good care looks like. We take time to understand that from the outset, building care arrangements that genuinely reflect the life someone wants to lead rather than fitting them into a one size fits all approach.

Dementia care is an area we take particularly seriously. We understand how unsettling and confusing life can feel for someone living with dementia, and equally how much pressure falls on the people around them. Our team works to provide consistency and calm, building familiarity over time so that the people we support feel at ease with those coming into their home.

For those living with a physical disability, whether younger or older, we focus on enabling rather than doing everything for someone. Where someone wants to maintain their independence in a particular area of their daily life, we work alongside them to support that.

We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our team brings to every visit. That rating matters to us not as a badge but as a prompt to keep improving and to keep listening.

If you are exploring care options for yourself or someone close to you, we would welcome the chance to have a straightforward conversation about how we might help. We are based in Bexhill on Sea and are always happy to talk things through.
