About Us

We provide care in people's own homes in Bexhill on Sea and the surrounding parts of East Sussex. Our aim is to help people carry on living in their own houses, with support that is reliable and delivered by carers they know by name.

Most of the people we visit are older. We help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and the practical jobs around the house, and we support people living with dementia, where continuity of carer and a steady routine do more good than almost anything else we could offer. We also work with adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions and people whose sight or hearing is impaired, and with younger adults needing support at home.

Our visits are not rushed. Time spent talking is not time wasted, and it is often in conversation that we notice somebody is not quite right, which lets us raise it early with family or a GP.

Everything starts with a home visit and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. The plan is agreed with the person and reviewed as things change.
