About Us

At We Care Agency, we provide home care support to people living in Ealing and the surrounding areas of London. We work with older adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Our goal is straightforward: to help people live well in their own homes, with the right support in place at the right time.

We understand that inviting someone into your home is a big decision, and we do not take that trust lightly. From the very first conversation, we take time to listen carefully to what each person needs and what matters most to them in their daily life. Care is not one size fits all, and we make sure the support we provide reflects the individual, not just a care plan on paper.
