Maggie's Care is a home care agency supporting people in their own homes across Ealing and the surrounding parts of London. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, those with a physical disability, and younger adults who need support to live independently. We do not offer a fixed package, because the people we visit are all different. Every arrangement starts with a proper conversation about how a person likes their day to run, what they still want to do for themselves and where support would genuinely make a difference. That becomes a written plan in plain language, which we follow and revisit as things change. Visits can cover personal care, medication, meals, household tasks, shopping, appointments and company. London can be an isolating place, so a good deal of our work is about connection as much as care, and we support people to keep up with family, friends, faith and community rather than settling for staying in. We match carers thoughtfully and keep teams small, so that people see faces they know. Our staff are trained for the needs they will meet and families can always reach someone.
