About Head Office

We are a home care agency based in Weymouth, supporting people across the town and the surrounding part of Dorset in their own homes. Our starting point is always what someone wants their ordinary day to look like, and then working out what help is needed to make that possible. A large part of our work is with older people who want to stay in their own house and need a hand with washing and dressing, meals, medication or keeping the place in order. We also support younger adults, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where support is less about tasks and more about being alongside someone as they manage their own life, their own home and the things they want to do with their time. We support people with a physical disability, helping with moving about safely and with the practical jobs that have become hard to do alone, and people with a visual or hearing impairment, where how we communicate matters as much as what we do. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission. We would rather tell you that plainly than skirt around it, and we are happy to answer questions about how we train and supervise our carers.
