Wildercombe House provides care to people in their own homes in and around Ilfracombe, Devon. Most of the people we visit are older and want the same thing, which is to stay in the house they know without the effort of it becoming overwhelming. Our visits cover personal care, help with medication, meals and the everyday tasks that quietly grow difficult. Our carers are trained for the conditions they will meet and senior staff are reachable when a visit raises something unexpected.
