About Absolute Care South West

We visit older people and younger adults, with packages ranging from one short daily call to substantial support built around complex needs. We support people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss. Each asks something different of us in how we communicate, how we pace a visit and how we plan for the harder days, so we assess each person properly rather than letting a diagnosis decide what they need. Continuity of carer is built into the rota rather than hoped for. Our staff are trained for the needs of the people they actually visit and are properly supervised once they are in post.
