About Us

We are the MHA care at home team working out of our Rosetti branch in Barnstaple, supporting people in their own homes across this part of Devon. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or a mental health condition, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, and people with a visual or hearing impairment.
