Our carers visit at times agreed with each person, helping with the things that have become harder to manage alone so that people can stay where they want to be. We work with older people and with younger adults. People should not have to explain their own routine to somebody new every few days, and familiar carers are the ones who notice quickly when a person is not quite themselves.
