About Us
E Rock Care provides support at home for people across Chesterfield and the surrounding parts of Derbyshire. Our work is to make staying at home practical, with help arriving at the times it is needed and everything else left as the person prefers it.
Our carers visit older people who need a hand with personal care, medication, meals, mobility or the domestic jobs that quietly turn into obstacles. We support people living with dementia in the surroundings that already make sense to them, and we work with people living with a physical disability and younger adults who want support arranged around their own plans rather than support that takes over their decisions.
Every plan starts with a conversation about how the person likes their day to run and what they would rather do themselves. We review arrangements as needs change and keep families informed where that is wanted. Reliability matters a great deal to us, because being late is no small thing when somebody is waiting to get up or take medication.
We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we prefer to state that clearly.
