About Us
We are Marbury Health Care, a home care provider based in Winsford supporting people in their own homes across this part of Cheshire.
We work with older people and people living with dementia, people with a physical disability, and younger adults who need support to manage at home.
Most people would far rather stay where they are, surrounded by their own things and their own neighbours, and our job is to make that workable for as long as it sensibly can be. Depending on what somebody needs, that might be a short call each morning or a substantial package built around several visits a day. We help with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out and about, and we support people to keep doing whatever they still can for themselves.
We put a lot of weight on continuity. The same carers going to the same households means better care, and it means somebody notices when a person is not quite right before it turns into a hospital admission. It also makes the more personal parts of care far easier to accept.
Nothing begins until we have visited and talked things through properly, with family involved where that is wanted. We review the plan as needs change and work alongside district nurses, GPs and social workers.
