About Us
Your Life Your Way provides home care to people in Northwich and across this part of Cheshire. Home care is the whole of what we do, and there is an advantage in that focus. We are not fitting visits around a care home rota or a hospital contract, so our full attention is on the people we visit and on whether the support we provide actually makes their day work. Our name is meant literally. The point of good home care is that a person continues to run their own life, with us doing the parts that have become difficult rather than taking over the parts that have not. It is easy for well meant help to erode independence, and we try hard not to be the cause of that. Every arrangement starts with a proper conversation covering what somebody wants help with, what they want to keep doing themselves, what time the day really needs to start and who to contact when something changes. We keep the same small team going to the same person wherever we can, because reliability is the foundation of this work. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
