About Us

We at HF Trust Cheshire and Merseyside are proud to offer specialist home care across Ellesmere Port and the surrounding communities, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live full, meaningful lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Based in the CH postcode area of Ellesmere Port, our team works throughout Cheshire West and Chester, bringing person centred support directly to the people who need it. Rather than asking individuals to adapt to an unfamiliar environment, we come to them, whether that means their family home, supported living accommodation, or their own tenancy.
