About Us
We provide care in people's own homes in Chester and across Cheshire West. Our aim is to give people enough support to keep living where they want to live, delivered by carers they know and at the times they have agreed.
We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine matter more than almost anything else we could offer. We support people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability, including safe help with moving and transfers, people whose sight or hearing is impaired and younger adults needing support to live independently.
We keep teams small around each person on purpose. It spares people from constantly meeting strangers, and it means our carers know somebody well enough to spot when they are not themselves and raise it early with family or a GP.
Care begins with a home visit and an unhurried conversation about what would genuinely help. We build the plan around the routine that already exists rather than replacing it, and we review it as things change.
